A man’s first attempt at riding a hoverboard was caught on camera by his family – and it didn’t end well.
Filmed in what looks like a kitchen, the man manages to get just one foot up, but complains the board won’t stop moving.
After a little instruction from those with him, he eventually gets both feet on.
But instead of riding off into the sunset, he struggles to get his balance and shouts: “Don’t touch me.”
The man, believed to be called Joey, spins in a circle and rocks back and forth on the tiny wheels.
The inevitable then happens and the man loses his balance.
The footage has been viewed more than five million times since it was uploaded on Monday, and has attracted more than 29,000 comments.
Michael Douglass on Facebook commented: “That wasn’t the funniest thing I’ve seen all week.”
While Jonathan Kronlid added: “He looks like Frankenstein on ecstasy.”
And Ruth Jennings said: “Looks like a robot having a meltdown.”
